1. The Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Undefinable website, products, and services. By accessing our ecosystem, downloading The Field Kit, or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Intellectual Property

We take our work seriously.

  • Ownership: The content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and frameworks (The Purpose Acropolis, The Energy Toolkit, The Income Pathway), is the property of Undefinable Company Ltd.

  • Trademarks: "undefinable life design" is a registered trademark of Undefinable Company Ltd. You may not use it without our written permission.

  • Your License: When you buy the book or download the kit, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use these tools for your own life design.

  • Prohibitions: You may not reproduce, resell, or teach our proprietary frameworks for commercial gain without an explicit certification or licensing agreement from us.

3. Services & Cancellations

We offer distinct tiers of engagement. Here are the rules for each:

A. Digital Products (The Field Kit / E-books)

  • Due to the immediate nature of digital downloads, these are non-refundable.

B. The Life Design Day (Workshops)

  • Payment: Full payment is required to secure your seat.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel for a full refund up to 30 days before the event. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable, though we may (at our discretion) allow you to transfer your seat to a future date or another person.

C. The Ascent Retreat

  • Application: Submission of an application does not guarantee a spot. Places are curated to ensure the right group dynamic.

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your place upon acceptance.

  • Balance: The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the expedition. Failure to pay on time may result in the forfeiture of your spot and deposit.

4. Corporate Engagements

Terms for Keynotes, Offsites, and Advisory roles are governed by the specific Statement of Work (SOW) or Contract signed at the time of booking. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the SOW, the SOW prevails.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

We provide the map; you climb the mountain.

  • No Advice: The content provided in our books, workshops, and coaching is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional financial, legal, or medical advice.

  • Your Responsibility: You acknowledge that your decisions, actions, and results are your own. Undefinable Company Ltd is not liable for any business losses, financial outcomes, or personal circumstances arising from your use of our frameworks.

6. User Conduct

We build intimate spaces based on trust. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our community, workshops, or retreats—without refund—if your behaviour is abusive, disruptive, or violates the safety of our ecosystem.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
