The Age of
Discovery is messy.

Don’t navigate it alone.

A non-profit community providing intimate spaces for those aged 22-35 who live beyond conventional labels. We choose intimacy over scale, conversation over networking and depth over noise.

A safe space for
the undefinable.

This is not a business. It is a labour of love. I founded this community because the Age of Discovery (22-35) is the most turbulent chapter of our lives. We are figuring out who we are, exploring our many interests and navigating career pivots, often without a map.

We are a non-profit organisation where every member contributes to our intimate spaces. We charge a nominal yearly contribution fee solely to cover our costs. Our only profit is the connection between us.

We exist to provide the Third Space between work and home where you don't have to explain your complexity, because everyone else here is living it too.

A Community,
Not a Network.

01. Flagship Events (Monthly)

We gather once a month in London for a high-fidelity experience.

  • Explorations: Half-day workshops on what it means to be undefinable covering everything from philosophy to finance.

  • Retreats: Three-day immersions outside of the city where 25 of us explore one of our values together.

  • Celebrations: Gatherings where the only agenda is being together.

02. Community-Led Meetups (Organic)

The magic happens in the overlaps. Our members self-organise hikes, co-working sessions, run clubs and coffee mornings. We provide the container, but you create the culture.

How We Show Up.

A black and white flower-shaped design with a central circle and petal-like shapes surrounding it.

Respectful Curiousity

We ask with the intention to learn. We listen fully to the answers.

A heart shape made of dark geometric triangles and lines.

Emotional Bravery

We are openly share our challenges and confront their solutions.

Collective Responsibility

We leave people, places and projects in a better way than we found them.

Purposeful Action

We think in decades, act in hours, shipping ideas before they’re ready.

Seriously Silly

We discuss the topics that matter, but aren’t afraid to laugh along the way.

Come for the ideas.
Stay for the people.

“An invisible line
connecting us.”

“It feels like there’s a web of interconnectedness between every member of this group here… an invisible line connecting all of us to one another.”

“The most positive shift.”

“A lot changed in my life in 2024. The most positive shift was making the undefinable community a central part of it. I’ll never stop shouting about how special this group is.”

“I was blown away.”

“Every time I openly shared what I'm going through, pretty much everyone understood how it feels. Many had been through the exact same experience.”
